These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Postage
Delivery is calculated by the weight of the item and the buyers location.
For smaller items such as protein supplements and gym accessories, delivery within Spain is approximately 4-5 working days, the rest of Europe delivery is approximately 8-10 working days.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email as soon as possible explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, simply send us an email including all relevant details to request the cancellation. Please note, if your order has already been processed this may cause difficulty cancelling the order. However, you may still return the item to us at your own expense. Please see our Returns and Exchanges policy below for further information.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us to discuss the reason for this. If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item to Trojan Fit in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund. Please also ensure that you include proof of purchase with your item.
Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details.

If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us.
Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
1. The item must be in resaleable condition, unsoiled and with no damage.
2. The item must be unopened.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Returns can take between 7—10 business days to receive and process. However, we will do our best to minimise any delay.
Damaged Items
If your item has been damaged in transit or if there is any sort of problem with the item, please provide us with photos as evidence so we can support your claim. Once the claim has been investigated we will issue a replacement item or full refund. Any claims will be dealt with in the fastest time possible.
